10 Apprentices Challenged in ABA Craft Olympics

They gathered early Friday morning, January 12 at Gate Way Community College in Phoenix with much enthusiasm. Like professional athletes, ten apprentices from ABA chapters statewide prepared to compete for the title of ABA Craft Olympics champion. "These apprentices scored the highest in the written exam," says Doug Mills, ABA apprenticeship director. "The final challenge involved a six-hour 'hands-on' exercise."
