Work Begins on Two Industrial/Manufacturing Facilities

TWC Construction has been awarded the 15.6 million dollars contract to build the next phase of the Henderson Commerce Center for Harsch Investment Properties. The new project consists of five, single-story concrete tilt-wall buildings, totaling approximately 238,000 sq ft. The contract includes site improvements and shell building construction. The office, flex and manufacturing/distribution facilities are located on 17 acres at the intersection of Warm Springs and Eastgate Roads in Henderson. This project is adjacent to the initial phase of the Henderson Commerce Center Phase IV (also built by TWC Construction) and increases the total square footage at this area to nearly 600,000. Construction of the current expansion is slated to start imminently with an expected completion date at the end of the third quarter, 2008.
