Several New Towers Move Forward In Las Vegas

The Clark County Commission approved plans for Las Vegas central, comprised of two new 40-story condominium towers at Sierra Vista Drive, between Paradise Road and Swenson Street. Las Vegas Central calls for 1,000 high-end residential units, eight swimming pools and 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space. The 1 billion dollar project by Langson Development is expected to begin construction once the county permits are issued. Tutor-Saliba Corp, is the general contractor. Designed by The Jerde Partnership, the high-rise glass towers are scheduled to open by summer 2007.
