New Condos for Historic Area

Portland Place is located within the historic Roosevelt District on Portland St., between Central and 3rd Avenues. Phase I of the three phase project will be a 46-unit, six-story, high-end condo tower and two separate brownstones with 8 additional units. The 22 million dollars project will utilize post-tension concrete slabs on a metal frame around the perimeter. The brownstones will be wood frame structures. Excavation has been completed for a below-grade parking garage and the concrete forms for the structure have been started.
