Pre-construction services have begun on the new 13.5 million dollars, multi-use building and Palo Verde Building Remodel Program on Mesa community College's Red Mountain Campus. Johnson carlier will lead construction services for the 33,415-sq-ft project, which is scheduled to begin in August with completion in July 2009, with a goal of LEED silver certification. Sands Chevrolet awarded Johnson earlier the contract for construction of a new 21 million dollars, 95,000-sq-ft Chevrolet dealership and 26,000-sq-ft Kia dealership at the 303 AutoShow at Prasada in Surprise, Ariz. Construction is expected to complete in April 2009.
