Logging has proven a two-sided coin for Travis Pugh. It's been a family tradition for four generations and he's given the last 12 years of his life for it. On the flip side, the long hours logging requires have cast a deep shadow on his personal life, costing him a marriage. Through perseverance and support of family and friends, Pugh has made logging work for his crew and according to him, it all boils down to one simple factor: common sense.
