Intermediate Casing Is Run By Denbury At Rankin Wildcat

Denbury Onshore, LLC, Piano, Texas, has run intermediate casing and is drilling ahead at 16,491 feet at a Norphlet wildcat two and three-quarter miles west of Fannin in central Mississippi's Rankin County. The No. 1 Denbury 29-16, SE SE Section 29-7N-3E, was drilled to 16,445 feet. Logs were run and 9 5/8-inch casing set to 16,445 feet. The well, located five miles south-southwest of Dri Ice Field and six and one-half miles southwest of Goshen Springs Field, is scheduled for a depth of 18,500 feet. Rapad Drilling & Well Service, Inc., Jackson, Miss., is handling contract.
