Response of bhendi to combined application of NPK with organic manures and zinc on growth and yield

This research aims to study the effect of NPK with organic manures and zinc and their combined application on the growth and yield of okra. The trial was conducted in the variety Arka Anamika. The treatments are as follows: T_1-100 per cent Recommended Dose of NPK fertilizers, T_2-50 per cent RDF + Pressmud (PM) @ 12.5 t/ha, T_3-50 per cent of RDF + FYM @ 12.5 t/ha, T_4-75 per cent RDF + PM @ 12.5 t/ha, T_5-75 per cent of RDF + FYM @ 12.5 t/ha, T_6-50 per cent of RDF + PM @ 12.5 t/ha, T_7-50 per centof RDF + FYM @ 12.5 t/ha, T_8-75 per cent of RDF + PM @ 12.5 t/ha + ZnSO_4 @ 0.5 per cent as foliar spray, T_g-75 per cent RDF + FYM @ 12.5 t/ha + ZnSO_4 @ 0.5 per cent as foliar spray, T_10-control (No fertilizers). Organic manures and NPK were appliedas basal does. Half quantity of N was applied at 30 days after sowing, while ZnSO_4 was applied in two splits viz., 25 and 50 days after sowing. Observations were recorded in five randomly selected plants in each treatment and in each replication at thetime of final harvest.
