Oxygen nonstoichiometry of La1-xSrCo1-yMeyO3-delta (Me= Ni, Fe) has been studied as a function of temperature and oxygen partial pressure (1 to 10(-3) atm) by TGA. The defect structure of complex oxides was described within the point defects approach by fitting the parameters of theoretical equations log(P-O2) = f (delta) to the set of experimental data. Partial molar enthalpy and partial molar entropy of oxygen in La1-xSrxCo1-yMeyO3-delta (Me = Ni, Fe) were calculated. (C) 2008 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
