Single crystals of a series of double perovskite oxides Ln_2NaIrO_6 (Ln=La, Pr, Nd) have been synthesized in acidic molten NaOH fluxes. They crystallize in the monoclinic space group P2_1, forming a distorted 1:1 ordered rock salt lattice of the Na~+ and Ir_5~+ cations. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show paramagnetic behavior, with no evidence of magnetic order down to 2 K.
