The Army Ant Aenictus hottai (Hymenoptera: Formicidae: Aenictinae) and Related Species in Southeast Asia, with a Description of a New Species

The Aenictus hottai group is established to include two species (a named and a new species) occurring in Southeast Asia: Aenictus hottai Terayama et Yamane, 1989 and Aenictus yamanei Wiwatwitzyact Jaitrong, sp. nov. Both are probably restricted to Sundaland and inhabit lowland primary forests.
