摘要

3D space of multiphase heterogeneous mixture (MHM) is densely packed by collection of grains having sharply different volume (v_i; v_1 v_2 v_3… v_r ; v_i and M_i are volume and number of identical grains of i th phase) and arbitrary quantity of grains random packaging density gamma_i (gamma_i = M_i * v_i = v_i = v - SIGMA_(j not = i)(M_j * v_j); 0.637 < gamma_i < 1). It is shown, that gamma1,2,3,….,r = SIGMA_k [gamma_k * (1 - gamma_k - 1) * (1- gamma_k - 2) * centre dot centre dot centre dot * (1- gamma_k - r)]. Here gamma_0 = gamma_k < 0 = 0. For example. Gamma1,2 = gamma1 + gamma2 * (1 - gamma) is two phase mixture random packaging density with v_1 v_2 and gamma_1 = [M_1 * v_1/(V - M-2 * v_2)]; gamma_2 = [M_2 * v_2/(V - M_1 * v_1)]. For selected mixture effective electrical resistance (R_(eff)) possess a percolation features. Correspondence critical value of Y_(ic) (Y_i = M_i * v_i/V ; V is MHM's volume) become dependence of both gamma1,2,3,….,r and space distribution of grains configurations, so as the inter-grain electron energy states. The both framework of method for estimating the effective resistance of MHM and its changes under imposed irreversible fatigue deformation as well as the new way of fatigue damage analysis of such heterogeneous media are represented.
