FAREVA TO BUY SANOFLORE PLANT

Southern French consumer products group Fareva, whose operations include cosmetics, has signed an agreement with L'Oreal to purchase its Sanoflore bio-cosmetics plant at Gigors-et-Lozeron in the Drome region. The amount to be paid has not been disclosed.
