TODAY'S CONSUMER HAS more choice and actively exercises that choice. Consumers are demanding and will penalise those manufacturers who fail to meet their expectations of a good tasting and safe product.To ensure that products are the preferred choice, beverage manufacturers spend considerable effort on in-process and final product quality testing. While analytical measurements form the cornerstone of quality control and final product release, it is the consumption experience of the consumer that ensures repeat purchase and hence brand loyalty.
