HACCP certification ensuring safe food for students at Wits

Wits University, in partnership with RoyalMnandi, was the first tertiary institution in SA awarded with HACCP accreditation. Roxanne Rolando spoke to the partners. RoyalMnandi, an outsourced catering company, and Wits University worked in partnershipfor six years to achieve HACCP accreditation in four Wits campus kitchens.
