Promoting Lamb in France

The AHDB France office in Fontainebleau - half an hour south of Paris - is in charge of promoting British lamb in France. One lamb out of five born in UK is consumed in France and UK represents almost half of imported lamb on the French market. This leading position is illustrated at various levels of the supply chain by the quality and the know-how that characterises the British sheep industry.
