The European Commission has recendy adopted a guide on EU corporate, third country and corporate registration under the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS) (see SHE4561). The document provides guidance on how EMAS works for organisations operating with subsidiaries and sites located in several EU Member States and/or in third Countries.
