A fresh round of price hikes has begun in the Indian FMCG industry. While many FMCG majors are taking price hikes to offset the higher input costs, there are others who are reducing their pack sizes without raising prices. Currently, Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) has taken a price hike for its flagship brands Rin and Lifebuoy soap in the last few days.
