CLARINS ACQUIRES KIBIO NATURAL C&T RANGE

Clarins has acquired the entire range of the Kibio natural cosmetics products, after deciding to support the start-up company some four years ago. Clarins acquired 10% of Kibio in 2006 with the option to increase this stake to 60%. Kibio's revenue has risen to around ?8m last year.
