The International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) has launched a new guideline helping manufacturers predict how the colour of their products is perceived in different light environments. Its advice, said ISO, would help ensure "sensory colour assessments are conducted under similar conditions and results are communicated in a consistent manner".
