Whether it's green chemistry or anything green, the definitions are still evolving. It is true that the consumer often feels safer with ingredients that come only from nature, and so for some this is green chemistry. On the other hand, government agencies are looking at environmental impact and issues of waste and energy consumption. We look at all of these factors.
