Well,it's 2003...the start of another year bemoaning our 'indulgences' over the festive period.Every year we vow not to and every year we do the same.Let's face it,it's all about excess.But the hedonistic mayhem of the last few weeks does fuel something constructive - a new optimism and something of a spiritual quest for regeneration...our New Year resolutions.
