Penhaligon's has created the Trade Routes Collection, three scents inspired by the luxurious commodities traded through London's historic docks. The first, Lothair, is inspired by the famous tea clipper ships and opens with the salty tang of grapefruit and juniper, with a smokey heart of black tea softened by fig milk and magnolia, and a base of ambergris, cedar and wenge.
