A new high-volume, high-spec tag and label printer, the 9855, has been added to Paxar UK's 9800 Series of tabletop barcode label printers. It replaces the 9850 and is designed for in-store and logistics applications. The company claims that the new printer offers consistently high quality, readable bar-codes while incorporating a high speed 150MHZ, 32-bit V4 RISC processor for faster imaging time.
