Hanovia has introduced a new in-line medium pressure UV system,designed for small-flow industrial process water applications up to 120m3/hr.The in-line design of the system incorporates a UV lamp positioned at a 25° angle to the flow to maximise contact time,minimising headloss and providing optimum disinfection by ensuring all the fluid passing through the chamber receives the minimum required UV dose.The UV lamp also lasts longer than in previous designs,since power per unit length is also lower.
