Delhi-based Advance Cosmetics and Research Centre has lost a case brought against it by adult magazine publisher Playboy Enterprises.Advance Cosmetics was found guilty of plagiarism for marketing perfumes with the brand name "Playboy" and logo "Rabbit Head".Playboy's counsel Pravin Anand had submitted that the US firm was involved in the manufacture and marketing of a variety of products with the publishing house's trade mark and logo,including cosmetics and toiletries.
