H&R and Dragoco become Symrise

Following their merger last year,fragrance and flavour producers Dragoco and Haarmann & Reimer now have a new name -Symrise.Swedish financial investor EQT Northern Europe Private Equity Funds (EQT) acquired Haarmann & Reimer and a minority interest in Dragoco in July last year,and now holds a majority stake in the new company.Symrise ceo Horst-Otto Gerberding holds 22% and Nord/LB 2%.
