A dept Technology has developed what irclaims is the world's fastest light pay-load packaging and handling robot.The Adept Quattro s650 robot utilises a patented 4-link parallel drive and carbon filter construction to provide packaging cycle times that are claimed to be twice as fast as conventional packaging robots,and with up to 240 pick-and-place cycles per minute.
