Well what a surprise...the Society of Cosmetic Chemists (SCC) 2005 Scientific Meeting and Technology Showcase was yet another white one,making it a hat trick for the snowy New York event.Fortunately conditions were less severe than in previous years so while there was a little alarm initially,delegates were not too inconvenienced in getting in and out of the city.
