Claimed is a composition consisting of between 4-72% by weight of water,7-50% by weight of a xanthine-based compound and 14-60% by weight of glycerine.It is claimed that xanthine-based compounds,when combined in particular proportions and using particular steps of heating,cooling,mixing and precipitating,can produce a new and unique skin cream which not only reduces wrinkles,but also protects and moisturises the skin.
