Givaudan recently scooped an award at the in-cosmetics trade show for its new Neurophroline product, developed to provide instant stress regulation for skin. The concept is based on the skin having the same embryologic tissue as the central nervous system (the brain) and the fact that the skin and brain communicate to synchronise external and internal danger signals.
