AkzoNobel Global Personal Care, a business of AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry has formed a strategic alliance with Corn Products International/National Starch. The deal will position AkzoNobel as the global distributor of Corn Products' line of functional modified starches for hair care and skin care applications, excluding bar soap and dusting powders.
