No one will deny that the incredibly fast technological progress imposed to the society over the last few years has caused many changes in cosmetic manufacturers' life. Today there are scientific tools and procedures to measure almost everything, rapid computers to treat the sometimes gigantic amounts of data generated from testing, and last but not least, optimized ways to quickly communicate the findings to all stakeholders. It was natural that all these resources would benefit to the Regulators just as it benefited to everyone and make their work faster and more effective... to the great benefit of consumers.
