Pupa has developed New Chic Designer,a new 2-in-1 lip-liner and lipstick.It features a patented tip which has a structured border and a soft and creamy inner portion.The tip's border has a solid and elastic structure which enables soft,precise lines to be drawn without smearing,while the heart of the tip has a jellified formula which offers full and uniform colour,slightly lighter than the lip-liner.
