Kanebo JV to storm China

JAPAN-Kanebo Cosmetics has announced plans for a joint venture with a unit of Sanjiu Enterprise Group,China's largest drug maker,to sell cosmetics through drugstores in China.The new entity will be 67% owned by Kanebo Cosmetics,while the remainder will be held by Sanjiu Enterprise's Tokyo-based unit,Sanjiuhonsoubou Medical & Pharmaceutical Co.
