According to a new report by Plimsoll Publishing,the overall UK toiletries and cleaning agents industry is showing a healthy turnaround.But there is congestion at the top of the market.Forty-three of the top 98 companies failed to increase sales above inflation and 27 of the leading companies did not make a profit last year.Contrary to popular belief,smaller companies are not being forced out of the market,they are prospering.
