AGI AND SHOREWOOD COMPLETE MERGER

Atlas Holdings LLC has announced it has closed an agreement with International Paper to combine their consumer packaging businesses, creating one of the largest speciality packaging companies in the world. The new company merges AGI World and Shorewood Packaging to create AGI-Shorewood and the agreement will see the company oversee operations in North America, Europe, Asia and Latin America.
