Altius Minerals Corp, a natural resource project generation and royalty business based in Newfoundland & Labrador, has signed an agreement with Toronto-based Norvista Resources Corp., a private mineral resource company, concerning its Kamistiatusset iron ore project in western Labrador. The companies have agreed to work cooperatively toward creating a new publicly traded company focused on the western Labrador iron ore mining district, Marketwire reported.
