摘要

Measurements can never be free from errors.However,errors that have been derived by systematic reasons can be removed or reduced by calculations,if the causes of the errors are identified.In this poster,it is introduced that the systematic errors,their possible causes and compensation methods frequently found in GeneChip expression analysis arrays (Afrymetrix Inc.).By using the methods,one can reduce the effects of noises and improve reproducibility of measurements.
