Nanopatterned polymers are of particular interest for applications requiring nanoscale flexible structures. Nanoscalepatterned polymer structures with multiple surface functionalities can be used for the fabrication of: optoelectronic devices[1] such as semiconductor transistors[2–4] and LEDs,[5–7] biosensors, flash memory devices,[8] quantum dots,[9,10] and templates for nanolithography applications.[11–19] The relatively low cost and simplicity of these approaches has led to increased interest in controlling the morphology of phase separation in thin polymer films.
