DAB+/FM tuner has swapped channels

I am presently building the DAB+/ FM Tuner (Silicon Chip, Oct-Dec 2010) from a kit provided by Jaycar. I have found that the solder tabs on the RCA socket provided for CON9 do not match the holes in the PCB. This is not a big issue but an investigation of the PCB and the component layout has caused me to query whether the Left and Right audio outputs, as marked on the PCB, may be reversed.
