Most of the spectators write him off as he lies nearly motionless, struggling to regain his senses. But to the surprise of many, he gamely scrambles to his feet before the count of 10. He hangs on to complete the bout and fight another day. Like that gutsy boxer, real estate markets in the USA and other countries took quite a pummeling in the early 1990s. But as it turns out, reports that they were knocked out for good were widely exaggerated. In fact, there's strong evidence in the business park market that a robust recovery is well under way. Many industrial parks, for example, are in a heady expansion.
