Electromagnetic interference from LED drivers

I have personally experienced the effect of EMI generated from LED light drivers and confirm that these lights can indeed wipe out AM radio reception, as noted in the Publisher's Letter, August 2015. A year or so ago, I replaced the incandescent globe in my workshop bench light with a LED light. However, I soon discovered that I was unable to listen to the cricket on ABC AM radio due to the EMI generated by the LED driver.
