I built the GPS Clock (March 2009) and I have a couple of queries. When testing the DC converter output voltage before installing the EM-408, the start-up LED flashed once, then twice and the converter gave a voltage of 3.27V. However, this voltage did not cut out after two minutes as stated in the text and was still there after one hour. Why would that be?
