Chase Distillery's order processing and despatch procedures have been given a makeover with the implementation of a cost-free web-based solution from NetDespatch. The NetDespatch solution seamlessly integrates the company's order management system with the APC Overnight delivery network, and has enabled Chase Distillery to reduce order processing time and improve its despatch process. Inspired by company founder William Chase, Herefordshire-based Chase Distillery has been turning potatoes and apples into vodka and gin since 2008. The distillery processes around 10,000 orders a year, supplying both businesses and individuals throughout the UK, and despatching online orders within 24 hours via the carrier's local depot - APC Hereford.
