Editor's Note: The following is the continuation of an article from the Januar -February 2011 Issue of the Shade Tree.Tree Inventory: Complete street tree inventories are excellent management tools. Every 10 years it is wise to conduct a new inventory and it should be updated annually to delete trees removed, add trees planted, track condition and maintenanance performed on trees, etc. Trained volunteers are capable of conducting a street tree inventory.
