Economic and Commercial developments in Bahrain

Economy: Bahrain's oil exports increased by 2.2 per cent from 43.34 to 44.3 million barrels of petrol during the first six months of the year, according to a National and Gas Authority report. This represents and increase of around 960,000 barrels. However, Bahrain oil field produced 6.63 million barrels during the first six months of the year, compared to 6.83 million during the same period last year.
