An update checklist of the Saturniidae of Ecuador. Part II: Arsenurinae, Ceratocampinae, Saturniinae (Lepidoptera: Saturniidae)

In this paper, the second part of an update checklist of the Saturniidae of Ecuador is given. A total of 122 taxa belonging to the subfamilies Arsenurinae, Ceratocampinae and Saturniinae are recorded for this country. All the available distributionaldata in the literature was reviewed, and additional records from material examined in private and public collections have been included. All the provincial records are listed for each taxon. For some uncommon or little-known species, further details on their distribution are given. The current taxonomic arrangements of some species-groups are discussed.
