Meticulous attention to customers' individual requirements is central to the success of Lestercast. A hands on approach to customer service, ushered in by managers Malcolm Healey and Chris Batty, has led to an increased turnover for the company. Lestercast has carved its own niche in the investment casting industry, and has been presented with several awards recently - confirming the strategy of the new managers.
