Two new species of Hemileucinae from Peru are described and figured: Molippa kohlli Racheli, sp. n. and Paradirphia wenczeli Racheli, sp. n. Since the publication of the revision of the Hemileucinae by LEMAIRE (2002), several new taxa belonging to thesubfamily Hemileucinae were described (e. g, NAUMANN, BROSCH & WENCZEL, 2005a; 2005b).
